What was the highlight of Super Hotel Mito
Wonderful
We loved it, suited us perfectly and they accommodated our family of four. Young-Tae who we got to chat to at the front desk was a really highlight and we appreciated getting to meet him. He was a great staff member and very helpful and nice. We felt like valued guests and would go back.
Breakfast hours could have lasted a little longer/later and that would have been great, and some tea options other than green tea would have been nice.

Exceptional
The staff was very helpful and explained the facilities of the hotel in a very kind manner. The amenities were of very good quality. The onsen area was small but since there were not too many guests it was a perfect private relaxing space. Additionally, the drink corner surprised me with a variety of syrups (coconut, pineapple, etc.) which were perfectly suited for mixing with the drinks from the soft bar. Apart from that, the location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance of the station and the main park. Lastly, the room was quiet, and comfortable, and had a very nice sitting space.
I would kindly suggest changing the coffee machine since the quality of the morning coffee truly did not match the exquisite feeling of the hotel (simply speaking the coffee was NOT SUPER at all). I was happy to know that there was a convenience store right at the corner to grab a better coffee.

Very simple business hotel. But everything is clean and neat. Even a small public bath is there.
